Nothing is more of an absolute certainty in this world than a rich kid filing a lawsuit because he wasn't treated fairly and then the real story coming out. After Andrew Giuliani, son of former mayor Rudy Giuliani, was kicked off the Duke golf team, he filed a lawsuit claiming he was "illegally terminated from the team in February." After it was shown that Giuliani might have been released because of his mediocre golf record for a top-15 golf school, new reports have come out that it might have been because he was a bit of an ass.
You can punch a buddy in a heated argument or call out a teammate in front of friends, but throwing an apple?!?! That is crossing the line. One of the first things (head coach O.D.) Vincent did as coach was meet with each of the 13 players for four to five hours to go over the "very thick athlete code of conduct," the source said. Each player agreed in writing to obey the rules.
But Andrew soon became disruptive, teammates said.
"There was a lot of bullying," the source said. "I guess the guys didn't dislike him; they were cautious of him. He just kind of got a little pushy."
Andrew was accused of hurting two teammates in a football game and allegedly threw an apple at a teammate, sparking a fistfight.
"When I heard he was kicked off, I knew it wasn't the end of it," said teammate Eric Schultz. "Andrew's the kind of guy to take action."Call me crazy, but after this I'm sure athletic programs around the nation will be hitting his cell to help blanket their programs in camaraderie. First school team, Florida International football.

What's that old saying about the apple and the tree? It's this simple folks: Out of 13 members of the golf team, he ranked 12th. If they want to cut half the team, um, ya think being ranked 12th would work against him staying on the team? DUH!!!! Then again, we are talking about republicans aren't we? The very people who think rules, regulations and laws don't apply to them. Hey Andy, I hear they're hiring down at Pitch and Putt. Or you can always leech off Daday, as total idiots pay him mega bucks just to hear him burp.

They pay Rudy even more to burp "nine-eleven!"
I seem to recall Andrew being estranged from Rudy. Maybe now he'll have to go back and crawl all over him like he did during Rudy's first mayoral address. The whole incident was spoofed brilliantly by Keven Nealon and Chris Farley on SNL!
