But now that the beautiful, oh so beautiful, Natalie Gulbis will be appearing on the NBC show "The Apprentice," I'll add one more show to my tight schedule.
Donald Trump let the cat out of the bag this week: golfer Natalie Gulbis of Lake Las Vegas is heading for his NBC show "The Apprentice." Trump made the comment at the U.S. Open recently. Gulbis, who had her best season in 2007 with five Top 10 finishes, said in an e-mail Friday that all questions on the subject have to go through NBC.We all know how much of a golfer the Trump is -- as proven by his constant push to get a U.S. Open at his gem, Trump National -- but I have no clue what Gulbis will be doing on this show. I'm hoping she's a judge ... or a secretary ... or one of those people in every office that just walks around stretching. Any of these things would make myself, and many other lame, lonely golf fans, tune in to a show we normally don't glance at twice.
Donald, this is an open invitation -- if you need a blogger to help Gulbis out with anything, I'm your guy. And please don't pick Brinson, I heard he's too clingy.

Comments (Page 1 of 5)
Please, wonder why she had a terrible 2008 season? Let's see, could it be that she was too busy posing for calendars, taping her show on Golf Channel and now appearing in the Apprentice? This after her management company said that in 2008 Natalie would be trying to reach young adults, give me a break, is she a golfer or celebrity?
Not comparing Gulbis with Tiger over all BUT..Tiger makes over 80% of his income from endorsements and he seems to be OK. I know, nobody is Tiger. Gulbis isn't Anna, Gulbis is actually good.
she can still whip your ass with one hand tied behind her back!
Actually she is done with the reality show and calendars.. And the years she did them both (2005 thru 2007) were the most sucessful on the golf course for her. She has not had a good 2008 because of a chronic bad back.
Get your facts straight Gary. Her reality show and calendar shoots (last one for 2008) ended in 2007. During the years of her show and calendars (2005 thru 2007) she enjoyed the finest years of her career on the golf course. 2008 has been a wash because of chronic bad back pain.
sweet
Oh I wonder wonder wonder who who who who wrote the Book of Love, beautiful
she's faltered as a golfer. and had too many outside interest to be a really great golfer. i believe her back is bothering her as well, and she
may not be able to compete in years to come. oh well, looks get you
in doors that lesser people really have to work for. trump the chump is
gonna make sure she gets through a few rounds.
Lets hope she left the family at home.....
You are not an athlete if golf is your game ( Athlete = A person possessing the natural or acquired traits, such as strength, agility, and endurance, that are necessary for physical exercise or sports) !!!!!!!!!!!!
Clearly you have never played golf or walked 18 holes 4 days straight. Right, Tiger is not an athlete but the big fat baseball players are? Simple logic little boy...figure it out.
You must be an idiot to think that golf is not a sport. I have excelled in baseball, basketball, and football while a young man. Golf is by far the hardest sport I have ever tried to excell at. I am a 3 handicap and it has taken me years to get to that level. Try it sometime. Oh ya are you telling me that Tiger does not have strength and agility. Please!
You are an uninformed moron to think that golfers are not athletes. Ignorance is bliss and you sure are one- meaning you are ignorant....
so you dont play golf do you ?? especially at any level close to being a professional or you would understand
Oh poor gerg.....I guess you have never tried the sport or if you did you probably couldn't even get the ball in the air.....
Spoken like a person whose competitive golf experience is a charity scramble. At the elite levels of golf players must have serious athletic skills. Strength, flexibility, and ungodly levels of eye hand co-ordination that most people couldn't begin to approach.
UMMMMMMMM,NATALIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Since when is golf an athletic sport when you see people in carts with flags on them driving right up to a green !
I am a golfer who drives a cart with a flag as I have a
physical disability. I used to walk the course. This is
the only way I can play after two broken legs and two
knee operations. And I get a big thrill out of being out
on the course again. There is plenty of exercise for me
getting in and out of the cart, walking up to the tee box
and walking up to the green. Believe me I wish I could
play without the cart and flag but it enables me to play.
People get old like you will, and its the only way they can play.
Have a little common sense.
