Update: YouTube was forced to pull the video due to copyright claims by the PGA Tour. If it becomes available again, we will post the new code so you can enjoy the gas-friendly video.
Anyone watching CBS' coverage of the Buick Open yesterday was treated to what sounded like a Tiger Woods fart on the 18th hole. As you can hear/see/tell from the video below, Woods and caddie Steve Williams are waiting for Tiger to take his shot when there's a loud, flatulent noise, which came after Tiger is seen taking an awkward stance on the fairway. Now, to me, it sounds like iFart, the iPhone application that lets you play pooting noises from your phone. But Tiger and Stevie start laughing hysterically, so maybe the world's greatest golfer really did just rip one. Your thoughts? (Video via Awful Announcing)

You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. Aren't some things better left unsaid and unreported. Whatever happened to an intelligent approach to reporting? I for one was never in doubt that in spite of Tigers talent he is "human".

The writer of this article knows nothing of the 'amazing' Steve Williams, Tiger's caddie. That was William's who voiced his 'opinion' with a fart. Tiger was just laughing it off; but maybe Williams should wait until the mike is not on him before he lets a barking spider out.

PLEASE! Does there have to be an excuse maker for Tiger regarding this issue too!?!? When he's playing bad...his bedroom lover...Nick Faldo...says his rehab knee must be bothering him. The next week he wins a tournament...and "Faldo and his ilk fall all over themselves with kudo's to Tiger! Please guys...when he wins his 19th major, I'll even say he's the greatest golfer who ever lived! But, until then...and I don't think he'll achieve that mark...he's just the best playing now!

*While I normally pass on the low-brow stuff, I think HURLS is on to something--gives a whole new meaning to the phrase "grip it and rip it".

Sorry guys, it wasn't Tiger or Stevie. It was David Feherty's own passing of wind that he had recorded on his I-Phone and played into his hand-held mic. You can also see Tiger and Stevie looking at Feherty after Senden hits his ball.
Plus......
Anyone who has ever spent any time with him would recognize the timber, pitch and vibratto of the famed Feherty fart.
