Tiger Woods' neighbors have been at the (oddly) silent center of the entire Thanksgiving wreck, but things have gotten hectic enough since they called 911 for Woods that they have decided to lawyer up.And apparently, the neighbors' attorney believed a press conference was necessary to clear up any rumors about what might have happened on that oh-so-fateful post-Thanksgiving eve.
In that press conference, their attorney cleared up any rumors, stating that they saw "no indication" that Tiger was "beaten" or "driving under the influence."

Attorney Bill Sharpe (right) said Tuesday that Linda Adams and her adult sons Jarius and Jerome Adams went outside their Orlando-area home after hearing the crash.
They found Woods' wife Friday morning, Elin Nordegren, upset about her husband's injuries and she asked them to call 911. Sharpe says Woods appeared woozy and had scratches on his face.
What does this clear up? Well, nothing obviously. As was mentioned on the Tiger-specific-podcast with Stephanie Wei today, there are so many rumors and crazy thoughts and nightmare-for-PR-people statements out there that it's nearly impossible to understand what the truth is.
Which may explain why Sharpe continued stating his clients' concern for their personal lives (they haven't been able to return to work, although I wonder what the heck they do for a living that might actually require "work" considering that they reside next to Tiger in Orlando) and the fact that the media was "putting words in their mouth, and they haven't even said anything."
Additionally, the family informed the press that Woods' wife was NOT holding a golf club when she approached them for help.

This cannot be true.... TMZ, I say again, TMZ says that is not what happened.
If by some off chance Tiger is innocent of these allogations, I sincerely hope TMZ and AOL/ ESPN and others pay a very large $$$$$$ price for their professional conduct working off rumor and passing it for news.
I prefer the incident be reported, and then outlets only report substantiated facts.
This article is a real news story in that people actually involved are talking about what they saw... you know .. facts.
No matter how this thing ends, in the end it is likely the only people who really know what happened are Tiger and his wife... everything else is speculative trash.
Amen, brother!
amen too! If TMZ spent MORE time with their snoops doing some GOOD in the world(like finding abducted children) and less time talking sh#$, the world would be a better place. Tiger doesn't NEED to tell ANYONE why he was out at 2:30 am. He is a GROWN man for God's sake. F(lorida)H(ousing)P(atrol) didn't need to get involved. Windermere police had it just fine. As the law states, it was a minor accident and Tiger doesn't HAVE to talk to FHP if he doesn't want to. To the press and all who believe the Press Print is the bible.. get a DAMN life. Put some more news on our men and women overseas and THEIR lives at risk to bring them home, not a minor car accident. If it were anyone else in the world, the press wouldn't care. Always stirring up bullsh^&!
Just to clarify -- you're not angry about the above article, right? Because this news conference from the neighbors ACTUALLY happened.
Brinson, This article is fine... that is why I wrote:

I hope no one believes TMZ to be reliable. I consider then to be just like the National Enquirer. Put yourself in Tiger's shoes. Do you want your personal stuff spread all around? It's people like the weasel Bob Costas who say we have a right to know. That's a bunch of BS.
The neighbors just want the whole thing to go away with all the cameras and reporters so they will just about say every things is o.k. and that it was just an Innocent accident. Neighbor's maybe hiding something in their closet too.? LOL
after all he is also a human being.and his neighbours also might have done something bad like that & not get caught also.just because he is a big celeb doesnt mean we make his mistakes an issue in the press.
